PHOTOS: Wizkid Hangs With Justin Bieber After His Racist “Ni*ger” Rant/ Joke Video – MUST READ, VERY SERIOUS!
We’re going to get pretty serious with you all right now, because we do understand that there are a lot of young ones that look up to Wizkid and admire him. We’re going to tell you all something about pride and respect. When someone disrespects your race, religion, or nationality, that is not something that should be taken lightly. That means that they see you as BELOW them. And no matter your race, your religion, or your nationality, you must always RESPECT yourself. Or else nobody else will ever respect you. Even if that person is worth a trillion U.S. dollars and you don’t have one kobo to your name, you NEVER bow down or look past the disrespect that they have inflicted upon you, your race, your religion, or nationality. People make mistakes, people apologize. But usually people only apologize when they get caught. And not only did Justin Bieber get caught for using the word “Nig*er” in a derogatory way towards blacks, he did it AGAIN even after he claimed that he was sorry. No one race is superior. All races are equal. Do not bow down to other people or try to get recognition from other people just because they may have more money than you, or more fame than you. This generation is seriously lacking a Fela, and it’s scary to think where we are headed. We do know that in the past 4 years there has been a surge among the Nigerian youth who toss around the word “Nig*er” ..Well let’s do a little bit of research on the word shall we? The word was used by SLAVE owners in a DEROGATORY and extremely malicious way to identify those who were Africans. Those who had black skin. These slave owners raped, beat, murdered, and degraded their slaves on a daily basis. Some mindless, and ignorant youths in America began using it in rap songs and music videos, and many Nigerians with their “copy copy” mentality have just followed along with it, not realizing the intense HURT and PAIN behind the word. Imagine your ancestors being shackled, and forced on a boat, and whipped and called the word “Nig*er” …Now remember that Justin Bieber said that he wanted to “Kill nig*ers” and only later apologized when he got caught. Do not sell your soul and your self respect just to trick people into thinking that you are among those who don’t even respect you as a person. Hate is ugly. Love everyone, and respect everyone, and realize that everyone is equal, and that YOU ARE EQUAL TO EVERYONE no matter how dark your skin is, or how light their skin is. With that being said, don’t put yourself below ANYONE. Look at it this way, if someone ran around saying that they wanted to kill all Igbo people how would that make you feel? If someone said they wanted to kill all Yoruba people, how would that make you feel? If someone said they wanted to kill all Fulani people, how would that make you feel? Would you still beg to snap a photo with them? Just because they are rich and famous? Or would you respect yourself?
